HealWin Life Support & Emergency Care is a region-wide emergency medical assistance, patient transport, and digital health facilitation system covering all eight North Eastern states, including Sikkim.
The initiative aims to ensure that every citizen—whether in a city, town, or remote village—can access reliable, affordable, and professionally managed emergency medical services in the shortest possible time. Designed to strengthen healthcare accessibility, the project focuses on structured emergency service delivery, particularly in remote, hilly, and border areas where medical access and response times are currently limited.
HealWin is not a hospital or pharmacy; it functions as a vital bridge between patients and the broader medical healthcare ecosystem, connecting them to the nearest suitable hospitals, doctors, and emergency schemes through organized, technology-enabled support.
