Prodent Fund (PF) & Employee's Pension Scheme (EPS)

  • - Fully air-conditioned medical cabin.

National Pension System (NPS) – Corporate Pension Benefit

  • - Employees can voluntarily register under NPS.
  • - Company will contribute a fixed percentage of salary every month.
  • - Employee can also contribute their share.
  • - On retirement, employees receive:
  • - Lump sum withdrawal
  • - Monthly pension for life (from annuity)
  • - This system ensures that long-serving staff may receive 40–60% of their last drawn salary as pension, depending on total contributions and service period.

Gratuity

  • As Per the payment of Gratauity Act:
  • - Employees completing 5 years of continuous service will be eligible for gratuity.
  • - Gratuity will be paid at the time of resignation, retirement, termination, or in case of death.

Group Medical & Accidental Insurance

  • - All emergency field staff, including paramedics and ambulance crews, will be covered under a Group Accidental Insurance plan.

Employee Code of Conduct

To maintain professionalism, patient safety, and organisational integrity, all employees must adhere to the following:

  • - Treat patients, attendants, colleagues, and the public with respect and dignity.
  • - Zero tolerance for negligence, misconduct, harassment, or abuse of any kind.
  • - Use of alcohol, drugs, or intoxication during duty hours is strictly prohibited.
  • - Ambulances, medical equipment, and company property must be protected and used responsibly.
  • - Confidentiality of patient data and medical information is mandatory.
  • - Mobile phones shall not be used during live emergency or rescue operations except for official communication.
  • - Staff must wear proper uniform, ID card, and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
  • - Any accident, service incident, equipment damage, or safety risk must be reported immediately.
  • - Bribery, commission, or unauthorized financial dealings are strictly banned.
  • - Punctuality and honest reporting of duty hours and field operations is compulsory.
  • - Violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination.

Service Bond & Confidentiality

a. Service Bond

  • - Employees who receive costly or specialized training (BLS/ACLS/Medic certifications or equivalent) agree to serve the organization for a minimum of 12 months after completion of such training.
  • - If they resign before completing the minimum period, the organization may recover the cost of training from final settlement or dues payable.
  • - This ensures continuity of skilled personnel in emergency operations.

b. Confidentiality Clause

  • - All patient information, medical records, GPS logs, dispatch data, communication records, and operational procedures are strictly confidential.
  • - Employees are prohibited from sharing this information with media, public, competitors, or any external entity without written approval from management.
  • - Any breach of confidentiality will lead to disciplinary action, termination of employment, and legal proceedings if required.
