Healwin Founder Family Health Card

(Public Health Support Initiative for Families of Nagaland)

1. Introduction

HealWin hereby announces the introduction of the Founder Family Health Card, a healthcare support programme intended for families residing in Nagaland. This programme has been developed to ensure affordable access to essential medical services, reduce emergency related financial pressure, and encourage timely treatment without confusion, delay, or panic. Many families lose benefits simply because they are unaware of procedures or cannot arrange money during emergencies. With this card, HealWin takes responsibility to guide and support them, so that no family suffers due to lack of knowledge, money, or hospital formalities.

2. Benefits Available Under the Card
a) Free Primary Health Services ▼

All registered family members shall receive:

  • Free doctor consultations at HealWin centres Free basic diagnostic tests such as blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, fever assessment, oxygen saturation, and wound dressing or basic first aid
  • Most families avoid doctor visits or basic tests due to cost or fear of high bills. This card removes that fear and provides peace of mind, ensuring no family delays treatment for small or early symptoms.
b) 10% Discount on Medical Services ▼

Cardholders shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount on all HealWin services, including:

  • Laboratory tests
  • Medicines from HealWin pharmacy
  • Ambulance services
  • Minor medical procedures
  • Home sample collection

During illness, even small expenses become stressful. This discount protects families from sudden medical costs and ensures treatment remains affordable.

c)Pay Later Facility (Only for Insured Families) ▼

Families who already possess Ayushman Bharat, State Government Health Programm, or private health insurance may avail Pay Later support during emergency medical situations. Under this provision:

  • HealWin may temporarily pay the hospital bill
  • The insurance claim shall be processed subsequently
  • Any remaining amount not covered under the insurance will be paid later by the family

In emergency and panic situations, families often lose benefits because they cannot pay deposits or understand insurance procedures. HealWin ensures they never miss their rights due to paperwork or lack of immediate funds.

d) Assistance Services ▼
  • Guidance for Ayushman or insurance enrolment
  • Support for claim filing and hospital documentation

Many families are unable to use Government programms simply due to missing forms, lack of knowledge, or incorrect documents. HealWin will personally handle these procedures so families receive the benefits they deserve, without confusion or stress.

e) Full Value Adjustment ▼

If the family does not utilize any service within the validity period of the card, the entire enrolment amount shall be adjusted in future HealWin medical bills. (No cash refund is applicable. Adjustment shall be provided only against future bills.)

  • Zero Loss:This programm is entirely risk free for families. The entire enrolment amount remains secure and shall be fully adjusted in future bills even if no services are used during the validity period.

Families shall not lose a single rupee. Even if the card is never used, the full amount becomes credit for future treatment. This ensures total peace of mind and complete financial security.

f) Referral Benefit ▼

Any existing cardholder who refers a new family to enrol under the Founder Family Health Card shall receive a five percent (5%) cashback of the new enrolment amount.

This cashback will be added to the referring cardholder’s HealWin account balance and can be utilised against future HealWin medical bills, ambulance services, pharmacy purchases, or diagnostic charges.

This incentive programme has been introduced to encourage community participation and to ensure wider access to healthcare benefits across Nagaland.

This promotes community support, allowing families to help one another in gaining access to affordable healthcare.

3. Eligibility
  • A maximum of six (6) family members living at the same residential address may be covered under one card Families may include husband, wife, parents, children, or grandparents, provided they share the same address Additional family members may be included with an add-on fee No age restriction applies
  • No complex documents, no age limit, and no medical test required, ensuring easy access for every household.
4. Fee Structure
  • The annual fee for one family (up to six members) is ₹5,000 per year A three year option is available for ₹12,000 Add-on members may be included at ₹1,000 per year, or ₹2,500 for three years
  • The amount remains safe because it is fully adjustable in future bills, ensuring that families face zero financial loss.
5. Enrolment Procedure

Persons seeking to enrol must visit the HealWin centre or apply online with basic identification documents. Upon registration, family member details will be recorded, and a digital card will be issued. A physical card may also be provided if required. The process is simple, fast, and without complicated paperwork, so families receive protection immediately.
